Our AI-in-Sales workshop delivers practical insights, real-world examples and new ways of working with AI

Get hands-on right away. Afterwards, your sales team makes an immediate impact with AI

Build your own AI assistant right away

A working solution by the end of the day. Not too much theory — you get practical fast by building your own AI assistant in Claude. Tailored to your sales context and each participant's tone of voice. Think of an outreach writer, a meeting prep assistant or a proposal generator.

Concrete use cases from your own work

Every participant brings in two or three recurring sales tasks, such as outreach, customer research, meeting preparation, lead qualification or writing proposals. You build your assistant around those. Not a fictional exercise, but an outcome you can apply straight away.

AI tools that fit you

We build in Claude (our preference for reasoning and long context) and show how the same approach translates to ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini. Plus a short showcase of sales tools for handling transcription and voice interfaces. What connects to your CRM and email, and what you can safely leave aside.

A clear picture of the AI Act and privacy

What are you allowed to do — and not do — with customer data in AI tools? We briefly walk through the EU AI Act and GDPR in a practical way. What does this mean for the way your sales team works, and how do you set up your assistants safely?

Next steps for your team

A short recommendation for your team. Where are the quick wins, where is the risk, and which next step delivers the most impact. Including a first outline for governance and management, so that the team's use of AI stays consistent and safe, plus a look ahead at the possibilities of AI agents and automations in your commercial process.

Energy and more time for customer contact

Perhaps the most important thing: a team that, after this day, notices AI takes the boring work off their hands and that there is time again for the conversation itself. That difference is measurable — in adoption, in productivity and in results.

Open your laptop, pick a task from your to-do list, and build an AI assistant that takes it off your hands

This forms the basis for an intensive day of hands-on AI. The program below is the starting point, and we gladly tailor it to your needs and business situation.

1
09:45 – 11:00 · Morning part 1

The basics: what AI can really do in sales today

We start with a short introduction: your role, your AI experience and the task where you spend the most repetitive effort. Then a short, sharp introduction to LLMs, AI assistants and automation, all focused on sales work. No deep tech dive, just the basics you need. Short demos of what AI concretely means for the commercial process. What does AI do well, where can it go wrong, and where is your biggest opportunity?

2
11:00 – 12:30 · Morning part 2

Foundation: the first assistants for the whole team

Together we build the first AI assistants that the whole team will start using straight away. Think of an assistant for project instructions and a few generic skills that add value for everyone. This way you get the hang of the building principle on shared tooling. By lunch, everyone has chosen their own use case to build on in the afternoon.

3
12:30 – 13:15 · Lunch

Lunch: let your use case settle

A moment to recharge and let your chosen use case settle before you start building in the afternoon.

4
13:15 – 15:45 · Afternoon

Hands-on: your sales AI assistant on your own use case

You get to work on the use case you chose before lunch, based on what you supplied in advance (and any new inspiration from the morning). Think, for example, of outreach personalisation, meeting preparation, lead qualification or writing proposals. You build your assistant around it, with instructions, context and your own tone of voice. We coach and build alongside you. In parallel, we cover privacy, the AI Act and the responsible use of AI.

5
15:45 – 16:30 · Wrap-up

Demos, takeaways and next steps

A short live demo of AI agents as a look ahead, plus a showcase of sales tools for meetings and transcription. We share each other's AI assistants within the group, decide what can already be used tomorrow, and close with advice on the logical next step for your team.

Option · Two-day variant

Day 2 after a week in practice: refine and accelerate

Would you rather build for a day, use it in practice for a week, and then spend a day refining? That is the two-day variant. On day 2 we start with a round of presentations about what worked in practice, give feedback within the group, and each participant chooses whether to refine their existing assistant based on what they ran into, or to build a second one for a different use case. In our experience, a second day leads to better embedding of AI in the commercial organisation.
