General Terms and Conditions Workshops

These general terms and conditions apply to all workshops, training sessions and meetings that are offered by AI-in-Sales B.V. (hereinafter: “AI-in-Sales”).

Article 1 – Registration and formation of agreement

  1. Registration for a workshop takes place via the registration form on the AI-in-Sales website or via another method designated by AI-in-Sales.
  2. An agreement is concluded at the moment AI-in-Sales confirms the registration by email.
  3. Registration is made on behalf of a company. The workshops are exclusively intended for business participants (B2B).
  4. AI-in-Sales reserves the right to refuse a registration with stated reasons.

Article 2 – Cancellation and rescheduling by participant

  1. Cancellation by the participant or client must be done in writing (by email).
  2. In case of cancellation of participation up to 14 days before the start of the workshop, no costs will be charged, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  3. In case of cancellation within 14 days before the start of the workshop, 50% of the agreed participation costs are due.
  4. Corporate workshops (in-company and at AI-in-Sales location): for corporate workshops that are exclusively provided for one client, the client can reschedule the workshop date in consultation. (a) In case of rescheduling up to 14 days before the start, no costs will be charged. (b) In case of rescheduling within 14 days before the start, 50% of the agreed participation costs are due.
  5. For in-company workshops, absence or inability to attend by individual participants does not entitle to price reduction, cancellation or rescheduling of the workshop or participation.
  6. Open enrollment: for workshops with open enrollment, an individual participant can reschedule his or her participation in consultation to the next available date.

Article 3 – Modification or cancellation by AI-in-Sales

  1. AI-in-Sales reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop, for example in case of insufficient participants or other unforeseen circumstances.
  2. In case of cancellation by AI-in-Sales, the participant is entitled to a refund of participation costs already paid or, in consultation, rescheduling to another date.
  3. AI-in-Sales is not liable for any additional costs or consequential damages.

Article 4 – Payment terms

  1. After registration, the client receives an invoice.
  2. Payment must be made within 14 days after invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.
  3. If payment is not made on time, the participant is in default by operation of law and AI-in-Sales is entitled to charge statutory interest and extrajudicial collection costs in accordance with applicable law.
  4. All stated amounts are exclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  5. The rates stated on the website are binding.

Article 5 – Intellectual property

  1. All materials provided during the workshop, including presentations, models, templates and documentation, remain the property of AI-in-Sales.
  2. Participants are not permitted to reproduce, publish or use these materials commercially without prior written permission from AI-in-Sales.
  3. The use of materials is exclusively permitted for internal use within the participant's own organization.

Article 6 – Applicability and completeness

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to all workshops of AI-in-Sales.
  2. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed in writing.
  3. These terms, together with the registration and email confirmation, constitute the entire agreement.

Article 7 – Execution and instructor

  1. AI-in-Sales endeavors to conduct the workshop in accordance with the announcement.
  2. In case of illness or impediment of an instructor, AI-in-Sales reserves the right to provide equivalent replacement or to reschedule the workshop.
  3. Cancellation or replacement of an instructor does not entitle to compensation.

Article 8 – Business partners and guest speakers

  1. AI-in-Sales reserves the right to have workshops (co-)conducted by external partners, guest instructors or speakers, without this affecting the quality or content of the workshop.

Article 9 – Confidentiality and privacy

  1. AI-in-Sales treats all information shared by participants confidentially.
  2. Participants commit themselves to confidentiality with regard to information about other participants and company information shared during the workshop.

Article 10 – Questions and complaints

  1. Questions or complaints must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period after the workshop.
  2. AI-in-Sales will handle complaints as soon as possible and strive for an appropriate solution in consultation with the participant.

Article 11 – Applicable law and disputes

  1. Dutch law applies to this agreement.
  2. Disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

These general terms and conditions form an integral part of the registration for workshops of AI-in-Sales.
